Valerie is the founder of Worth Wealth, a company committed to making financial wellness tools and resources more readily accessible, because of a core belief that one’s worth must not be a function of one’s wealth. She enjoys investing in and advises companies and organizations that add value both to investors and to society. Valerie is on the board of New Profit, a philanthropic venture firm that helps social entrepreneurs scale businesses. Valerie also serves on the board of Eaton Vance Mutual Funds, and the corporate boards of NYSE-listed Dynex and Envestnet.

Valerie has received numerous awards including The International Person of the Year by The UK’s Power List; one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and one of the Top 75 African Americans on Wall Street by Black Enterprise Magazine.

Paul acts as an adviser, board member or mentor to organisations and individuals who want to make a positive change happen. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership and strategy gained from 30 years working in both private and public sectors.

During 16 years as a partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers, the global professional services firm, he held a range of leadership positions including at main board level in both the UK and Africa practices. He has led and grown successful businesses within the Government & Public Sector practice and Africa Business Group.

Joe is CEO of Max International, LLC leading the expansion of the health and lifestyle network marketing business to Europe, Asia and Africa. Before Max, Joe spent 14 years as a finance lawyer in New York City. Joe has degrees from Union College and Harvard Law School.

Sir Lenworth (Lenny) George Henry CBE is an acclaimed English creative who co-founded the charity Comic Relief which since its inception has raised over £1 billion. Lenny is known for his acting on stage, in film and especially for his comedy and television work. His TV credits include the hit comedy Chef! as well as The Magicians for BBC One. Lenny was knighted in 2015 and given the Alan Clarke at the 2016 BAFTAs.

Ric is Tristan Capital Partners’ Founder, Chairman, Co-Chief Executive and Chair of the Tristan Investment Committee. Tristan is a London based real estate investment firm with approximately £11 billion under management, making it the largest private Black owned business in the UK.

Ric attended Dartmouth University and Harvard Business School.
