Ursula Burns is an experienced international business leader who has led large companies through technological changes. She was the Chairman and CEO of Xerox Corporation and helped transform it into a diversified business services company. Burns spearheaded Xerox’s largest acquisition, the $6.4 billion purchase of Affiliated Computer Services, and led the company through a successful separation into two independent companies. Burns is currently a member of several companies’ boards, including Exxon Mobil and Uber Technologies, and is involved in leadership roles in various community, educational, and non-profit organizations. She also served as Chair of the President’s Export Council and led the White House national program on STEM. Burns holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of several prestigious academies.
